Be sure to make dinner reservations early as getting a table can be tricky, even when restaurants appear empty.

The dining options were excellent, with a fantastic Italian restaurant, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach area, maintained beautifully, offered a perfect retreat for relaxation.

The air conditioning was inadequate, causing discomfort during our stay. some rooms struggled to cool down, making it hard to enjoy the dining experience comfortably.

The beachfront was breathtaking with soft, white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water that was just steps away from my poolside lounge. I adored the amazing array of delicious dishes at the specialty restaurants – the flavors were out of this world! And let's not forget the top-notch service. every staff member went above and beyond, making my relaxation feel effortless.

The Luxury Double Room was really spacious and felt nice and airy, which was perfect for relaxing. We had a comfy King Size bed that made sleep super easy. Loved the large bathroom—it had a rain shower, double sinks, and even a tub! The only downside was no conditioner or body cream, which seems pretty standard at other resorts. But honestly, the room was still a great spot to unwind after a day of fun!

The Royal Hideaway Playacar Resort was an amazing getaway for a relaxing vacation. The beach was pristine, and the beachside service from Luis Domingo was exceptional, enhancing our experience immensely. The spacious room offered a cozy atmosphere and a lovely view of the gardens. We also enjoyed a variety of delicious meals at the different restaurants, especially the fish tacos and lasagna.

We really loved our time at this resort! The massages at the spa were incredibly relaxing, and the beachfront was gorgeous for sunbathing. Just a heads-up, the air conditioning could be better in some rooms, but overall, it didn’t put a damper on our trip. 🌴

The lounger situation is a nightmare!!! Early risers taking all the prime spots without using them, not enough beach chairs, and a lack of daily beach cleaning. A coffee shop would enhance the experience!!!
